Use of the site

Eligibility and access

By accessing or using 51 Game at 51gamewin.in.net ("the Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your state or territory within India, and that you accept these Terms of Service in full. Residents of states where online skill-based or chance-based gaming is restricted, including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Assam, are not eligible to register or participate. If you do not meet these requirements, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Permitted use

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, use bots or automated tools that artificially interact with the Site, transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, or attempt to reverse-engineer any underlying software. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending balances, and referral to the relevant Indian cyber-crime authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Account responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. When depositing or withdrawing funds, you must use payment methods registered in your own name, such as PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM UPI, and must not use accounts belonging to third parties. Any attempt to transact through another person's payment instrument will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may trigger a mandatory KYC review or account freeze.

Intellectual property

Ownership of content

All content published on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio clips, software code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 51 Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property treaties. The "51 Game" name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of 51 Game and may not be used without prior written consent.

Limited licence to users

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 51 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce or sell any portion of the Site's content, create derivative works without written authorisation, or remove any copyright or proprietary notice displayed on the Site. Unauthorised commercial exploitation of Site content will be pursued under applicable civil and criminal provisions of Indian law.

Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, features, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. 51 Game does not warrant that the Site will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

Cap on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 51 Game, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of winnings or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 51 Game account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

The Site may integrate with third-party payment processors including UPI gateways, PhonePe, and GPay. 51 Game is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of these third-party services. Disputes relating to payment processing delays or failures must be raised directly with the relevant payment provider, although our support team will assist with transaction evidence upon request.

Governing law

Applicable jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any state-level gaming regulations applicable to your place of residence. By using the Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 51 Game.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact 51 Game and allow a period of thirty (30) days for informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India, proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
